Stephanie Hall, MA, CCC-SLP

Stephanie is a speech-language pathologist and owner of Flight Speech Therapy, LLC.  She graduated from Louisiana State University with her Masters in Communication Disorders in 2001.  She has lived and worked in the NWA area since 2005, and has treated hundreds of patients with a variety of speech and language disorders. Stephanie's passion is head and neck physiology and she has dedicated her career to working with children with feeding disorders, craniofacial malformations, articulation/phonology disorders, motor speech disorders, and myofunctional disorders. Flight Speech Therapy has helped her to expand her skill set into also working with older teenagers and adults, and helping them reach their goals.

Stephanie has achieved certification as a Level 3 OPT™ Specialist. She has completed extensive training in the following interventions: Beckman Assessment and Intervention Levels 1 and 2, Making the Connection Myofunctional Therapy Course through the IAOM, Talk Tools Tethered Oral Tissues, Talk Tools Sensory-Motor Approach to Feeding, SCERTS, LAMP, Palmer's Tube Feeding Weaning Protocol, and Walt Fritz Manual Therapy.

Stephanie lives in Bentonville, AR with her husband Steve and their two children, Landry and Havanna. 

Nina Riethmaier, MS, CCC-SLP

Nina is a speech-language pathologist who graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2002. She has spent the majority of her career in pediatrics, working side by side with OT and PT in private practice settings and learning more about how the whole body impacts speech-language disorders.  Nina has treated children of all ages and worked with caregivers to create a custom plan of care for their child. She has also treated many teens and adults with Orofacial Myofunctional disorders. Recently, Nina’s specialty in feeding/ swallowing, speech sound disorders, phonological disorders, and orofacial myofunctional  disorders brought her to join the team at Flight Speech Therapy. She is passionate about collaboration with other medical professionals as well as continuing education coursework and never stops learning from her patients.

Nina has completed the Talk Tools trainings for Oral Placement Therapy (OPT), Airway/Apnea/Orthodontics, and Best Practices in Pediatric Feeding. She has completed extensive training in the following interventions: Beckman Assessment and Intervention Levels 1 and 2, Making the Connection Myofunctional Therapy Course through the IAOM, ARFID/PFD/Anxiety-based feeding disorders, and Lori Hendrickson's Intro into CST Protocol and Fascia Release.

Nina lives in Centerton, AR with her husband Matt and their two children, Anna and Josie.

Megan Whelan, MS, CCC-SLP, COM, QOM

Megan Whelan, M.S. CCC-SLP, QOM/COM is a SLP, who loves the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and stages. Megan graduated with her Masters in 2012 from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. Megan has a wide variety of previous experience working in clinics, public/private schools, and private practices in Colorado, Arizona, Connecticut, Ohio, and Arkansas.

She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and is a Qualified Orofacial Myologist (QOM) and Certified Orofacial Myologist (COM). Megan is passionate about treating clients with speech sound disorders, articulation disorders, play-based therapy, language delays, literacy based-therapy, swallowing disorders, and myofunctional disorders. Megan is a life-long learner and loves learning from her amazing Flight Speech Therapy colleagues and clients.


Megan has completed the Talk Tools trainings for Oral Placement Therapy (OPT) and Sensory-Motor Approach to Feeding. She has completed extensive training in the following interventions: The STONES Approach, Orofacial Myology: From Basics to Habituation Myofunctional Therapy Course, Orofacial Myology Disorders, Sensory Motor Approach to Apraxia, Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing Disorders, and a variety of continuing education courses on pediatric feeding disorders. Megan has served as a moderator for speechtherapypd.com for the past 2 years, focusing on pediatric feeding and speech sound disorder podcasts.


Megan lives in Rogers, AR with her husband, Adam, twins, Graham and Gracie, and puppy, Lola.

Madi Metcalf, MS, CCC-SLP

Madi is a speech-language pathologist who graduated with her Masters in Communication Disorders from the University of Arkansas in 2020. Madi has experience working with pediatric patients birth to 18 with a variety of speech, language, and feeding disorders. Madi is passionate about providing holistic care that focuses on finding the root cause to feeding, swallowing, and speech disorders to improve individual’s quality of life. Madi is passionate about continuing her education to better serve her patients and has taken courses in oral motor function, feeding therapy, orofacial myology, and speech sound disorders. Madi joined the Flight Speech Therapy team to have the opportunity to specialize in feeding and myofunctional disorders while having the opportunity to collaborate and learn with her colleagues.

Madi is the creator and host of the podcast series "Making Sense of Myo" on speechtherapypd.com. She has interviewed leading myofunctional therapists in the field, including Linda D'Onofrio, Mary Billings, and Kristie Gatto.


Madi lives in Bella Vista, AR with her husband, Zac, dog, Arya, and cat, Susan. She enjoys reading, cuddling with her animals, and hiking when she isn’t learning about myofunctional disorders. 


Jayme McCarty, MS, CF-SLP

Jayme McCarty is a speech-language pathologist, currently completing her Clinical Fellowship Year. She recently graduated with her Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University in 2023. Jayme has a passion for providing bilingual care to children who are native Spanish speakers, and working with a variety of individuals including those with speech sound disorders, phonological disorders, motor speech disorders, and language delays/disorders. She completed her final graduate clinical rotation at our clinic and has since developed an interest in working with clients with feeding/swallowing and orofacial myofunctional disorders. Jayme is looking forward to expanding her knowledge regarding the diagnosis and treatment of these disorders. 


Jayme has completed the Talk Tools training for Oral Placement Therapy (OPT). She has also completed Mary Billings' Orofacial Myfunctional Disorders course.


Since graduating, Jayme has moved back to Bentonville, AR, where she is excited to help serve her home community. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Ryder.
